Referee-In-Chief, Del Donaldson (right), will
serve as the new League Commissioner, after Greg
Cigrand (left) announced his retirement
earlier this spring.

MHSHL Fall Meeting
DES MOINES: Team
representatives and League officials will meet
in Des Moines Saturday, September 18, to make
final plans for the 2010-11 season. The group
will meet at the Iowa Motor Truck Association
meeting room at 10:00 am.

Omaha Jr. Lancers
 Sun,
June 6 — The League website has been updated to
reflect the name change for the Omaha team.
After the merger of O.M.A.H.A. and the
Gladiators in April, the former Energy team will
skate under the banner of Omaha Jr. Lancers. The
new host organization is known as the
Omaha
Hockey Club.
America's Hockey Showcase
 PITTSBURGH,
PA — Team Mid-West
will compete in America's Showcase high school
hockey tournament in Pittsburgh, April 14-18.
This event was formerly known as the Chicago
Showcase. Tryouts were held for the team
comprised of MHSHL players and coached by Ames
head mentor, Chris Schmale.
